Preparing Your Home for Sale

Preparation is key to the process, and Judy does multiple walk-throughs of the property to develop an action plan to position your home to sell for the top of the possible range. Recommendations may include painting, staging, landscape refreshing, and repairing cosmetic deficiencies. All work is supervised by Judy and performed by her trusted crew of tradespeople. Your property will not be photographed until Judy gives her final approval.

Strategic Marketing

Pricing is the lynchpin of marketing – the wrong price, either too high or too low, can never overcome the most beautiful and extensive advertising campaign. To this end, deep knowledge of market trends and buyer profiles is essential. Individual analysis and pricing recommendations will be provided as well as a strategic marketing plan to sell your house for the highest price in the shortest amount of time.  

Only high-end professional photography, videos, and floorplans are used to create custom collateral marketing materials, including websites and brochures. But the secret is knowing how to brand your home and present it to the right buyers. Buyers are targeted using Judy’s vast network, social media, advertising, and press.

Completing the Sale

Once a fully qualified buyer is found for your home, you will be guided through every step of the escrow process, from negotiation through closing. When issues arise, whether related to home inspections or the appraisal, Judy has seen it all and is more than likely able to prevent problems from occurring in the first place. Judy is your advocate and is here to advise and lead you to a successful close and beyond.
